Common questions

No. Physiotherapy is an available Support at Home service, but your provider must confirm that it is approved for you and that budget is available.
A $20 travel fee applies to each consultation. Confirm consultation fees, travel and any administration or reporting arrangements with MoveWell and your home care provider before care starts.
MoveWell already has service agreements with more than 20 providers. If there is no agreement yet, your provider can contact the team to discuss their onboarding requirements.
