Tell us what support you need
Let us know about a walking aid, recent hospital stay or a change in balance. Ask about Parkinson’s-focused, seated or supported exercise options rather than assuming every session has the same format.
Confirm access and your session
We will discuss the venue, timetable and a suitable starting point with you. Ask about steps, parking and bringing a support person before you travel.
Come prepared to move
Wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes, and bring water and your usual walking aid. Tell the physio if anything has changed since arranging your visit.
