Initial consultation
Your physio takes time to understand what has changed and what you want to make easier.
- Listen to your concerns, goals and health history
- Assess movement, strength, balance and relevant daily activities
- Look at your home setup or equipment where relevant
- Agree on a practical treatment and home exercise plan

ONGOING CARE
Follow-up consultation
Your physio reviews how you are going, then adapts the session to what you need that day.
- Check what has changed since your last visit
- Practise and progress exercises or everyday movement
- Adjust your program, equipment or strategies as needed
- Share progress updates or reports, with your consent, when required
