Absolutely. We come to wherever you may be.
- What happens if there is no parking in my building or close by?
Please advise us when you book about where is best for us to park and then leave the rest to us.
- Do I need a referral?
f you are a private patient then you don’t need a referral. You will need a doctor’s referral and associated paperwork if you are a DVA patient or are being referred through the Medicare plus program.
Please have any additional information including your x-rays/scans to assist me in assessing your current condition.
- Do I need any equipment?
No. We will bring all the equipment required for your treatment.
- How do I claim with my health fund or with Medicare?
We will provide you with a receipt which you can then lodge with your health fund.
You will be required to pay Move Well 2 Live Well the full amount, then your health fund will reimburse you. This will depend on the level of cover you have and may vary between health funds.
Medicare can provide subsidies for physiotherapy in certain situations.
To access Medicare funded physiotherapy, you will need to speak to your GP about whether you are eligible for the Federal Government funded ‘Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program.
- What if I missed my appointment or have to cancel?
It would be appreciated if you let us know as early as possible if you are unable to meet your scheduled appointment.
An answering machine will record your after hour’s message.
A cancellation fee with apply if you do not provide more than 24 hours notice.
