Strength & balance

Practise standing, stepping and controlled movement. Exercises can be adapted to your ability and the everyday activities you want to work on.

Living with Parkinson’s

Talk to us about movement, coordination and balance. We’ll discuss whether a group session or individual physiotherapy is the right starting point.

Chair-based support

If prolonged standing is difficult, ask about seated options and the support available. You do not need to decide whether a class will suit you on your own.

Crows Nest & Narrabeen. Before your first class, we’ll confirm the current timetable, spaces and access. Tell us about a walking aid or support need so we can discuss a suitable session.
