Questions for a real trial
Try it in context
A walker has to work beyond the showroom
Bring the height and weight of the intended user, measurements of narrow doors or storage spaces, and the make of the car it needs to fit. Think about the longest usual outing, common surfaces, hills, kerbs, fatigue, hand comfort and who will lift the equipment.
If the home layout is the main concern, ask whether a home physiotherapy assessment is more useful than a showroom comparison. Funding approval, equipment prescription and purchasing are separate steps.
